In Chapter One, the author describes what anxiety and fear are. Chapter Two describes the negative sides of living with fears and anxieties. Chapter Three gives reasons for getting rid of most (or all) anxieties. Chapter Four presents ideas related to anxieties and fears and practical exercises to “work through” anxieties in order to deal with them effectively.
