For many years nursing professionals debate, what is really important in nursing, which model of nursing is better and should be applied in practice. It is clear that most of practicing nurses use this sort of knowledge, mainly base on what they had been taught on university. But time is passing by and some of those ideas may looks irrelevant, when doing daily nursing job, often very hard. Being incompetent nurse does not exactly means to do mistakes or have bad skills. You can have great skills and achievements and still be really bad, insensitive nurse.
