Roczny program terapeutyczny dla Dorosłych Dzieci Alkoholików
Co wpłynęło na napisanie tego programu?
Inspiracją do napisania tego programu było wszystko, co mnie otaczało. To była historia, którą usłyszałam od kogoś bliskiego, to była też moja własna historia, którą opisałam w książce pt. „Jak weszłam w NLP, hipnozę, coaching”. To były spacery z dziećmi po lesie. To były pooglądane filmy o pisarzach, to były moje pamiętniki, które pisałam od 14 roku życia.
Inspiracją do napisania tego programu był każdy, kto miał coś ciekawego do opowiedzenia. To były osoby, które przeszły trudne doświadczenia, które osiągnęły sukces i które miały wyjątkową historię do opowiedzenia. To były również osoby, która chciały podzielić się ze mną swoimi przemyśleniami i doświadczeniami.
Wybrałam taką formę terapii przez pisanie ponieważ wpływ miały osoby, które nie chciały bądź po prostu wolały pisać. Mnie też zawsze kręciło pisanie i chciałam połączyć swoje umiejętności ze stworzeniem takiego produktu, który pomógłby wielu osobom, które jeszcze nie zdecydowały się na terapię.
Natomiast odwagi do napisania tego programu dodała mi książka dwóch terapeutów, lekarzy James W. Pennebaker i Joshua M. Smyth „Terapia przez pisanie”. Z tej książki czerpałam badania naukowe dotyczące skuteczności pisarskiej techniki terapeutycznej. Oprócz techniki pisania przeglądałam dostępnych techniki kreatywne, takie jak rysowanie, malowanie, tworzenie muzyki itp.
Zachęcam Cię do sięgnięcia po w/w lekturę. Mam nadzieję, że podczas czytania sprawi Ci ona radość tak jak mi.
Co to jest terapia przez pisanie?
Terapia przez pisanie to metoda, która polega na pisaniu o swoich przeżyciach, emocjach i doświadczeniach w celu uzyskania lepszego zrozumienia siebie i radzenia sobie z trudnymi sytuacjami. Jest to forma terapii, która pomaga w leczeniu problemów emocjonalnych, takich jak depresja, lęk, traumy czy stres. Pisząc o swoich przeżyciach, przetwarzasz emocje i lepiej je zrozumiesz, co prowadzi do uwolnienia od negatywnych uczuć i przynosi ulgę.
Terapia przez pisanie to metoda terapeutyczna, która polega również na pisaniu o swoich emocjach, doświadczeniach i przeżyciach. Celem tej metody jest pomóc Ci w przetworzeniu i zrozumieniu swoich trudnych doświadczeń oraz zwiększenie świadomości siebie. Terapia przez pisanie pomoże Ci w radzeniu sobie z trudnymi emocjami, takimi jak lęk, smutek czy gniew, a także w rozwiązywaniu problemów i poprawie jakości życia. Może być stosowana zarówno indywidualnie, jak i w grupach. Pisanie jest uważane za skuteczne narzędzie terapeutyczne, ponieważ pozwala na przetworzenie trudnych emocji w sposób bezpieczny i kontrolowany.
Terapia przez pisanie polega na tym, że osoba pisze o swoich emocjach, doświadczeniach i przeżyciach. Może to robić zarówno na papierze, jak i na komputerze. Zaproponowałam Ci 365 ćwiczeń na różne tematy do pisania. To pozwoli Ci na swobodne pisanie, uwalniając emocji. Podczas pisania masz możliwość przetworzenia i zrozumienia swoich trudnych doświadczeń, a także odkrycia nowych perspektyw na swoje życie.
Terapia przez pisanie może być stosowana przy różnych problemach, takich jak lęk, depresja, traumy, stres, trudności w relacjach, problemy z poczuciem własnej wartości i inne. Pisanie pozwala na uwolnienie emocji i myśli, które mogły być dotąd skrywane, oraz na zrozumienie ich przyczyn i skutków.
Dla kogo jest terapia przez pisanie?
Przede wszystkim dla osób, które nie chcą mówić, wolą pisać, dobrze czują się w pisemnej formie wypowiedzi.
Dzięki pisaniu będziesz wiedzieć co jest dobre, a co złe, nauczysz się siebie, zrozumiesz, pokochasz, odnajdziesz sens życia i staniesz na nogi.
Podczas terapii przez pisanie będziesz potrafił/a odpowiedzieć:
1. Wiem kim jestem.
2. Wiem czego pragnę.
3. Wiem dlaczego chcę to osiągnąć.
4. Mam umiejętność znaleźć sposób realizacji tego co postanowiłem/am.
5. Nic nie jest w stanie mnie od tego odciągnąć.
W Twoje ręce oddaję program terapeutyczny na 365 dni. To zestaw zadań i ćwiczeń, które są stosowane w celu leczenia lub zapobiegania problemom zdrowotnym lub zaburzeniom.
Kiedy pisałam program terapeutyczny odczuwałam wiele różnych emocji. Były to zarówno pozytywne, jak i trudne uczucia. Ale niezmienne jest to, że odczuwałam satysfakcję z tworzenia programu, który może pomóc Ci w procesie leczenia.
Odczuwałam również stres i obawy, że program nie będzie skuteczny lub że nie będzie w stanie zaspokoić Twoich potrzeb. Odczuwałam także presję, aby program był jak najlepszy i aby miał jak największy wpływ na proces leczenia.
Ten program również kieruję w stronę terapeutów, aby mieli pod ręką swego rodzaju „ściągę”.
ps. Przez program nie musisz przechodzić sztywno przez rok. To jest proces, a więc czuj się wolny wydłużyć czas pisania.
365 dni
Dlaczego 365 dni? Ponieważ tyle tyle trwa rok i jest to okres, w którym możesz zdobyć wystarczającą wiedzę i umiejętności, aby zmienić swoje zachowania i zmierzyć się z problemami, z którymi się zmagasz. Jest to też wystarczająca ilość czasu, aby pomóc Ci w zrozumieniu i zarządzaniu swoimi emocjami, a także w zbudowaniu silniejszych i trwalszych relacji z innymi.
Na pewno napotkasz trudności w pisaniu — prawie każdy kto przechodził przez ten program je miał. Do trudności można zaliczyć odkładanie na później, lęk przy zmierzeniu się ze swoimi słabościami, bardzo surowe traktowanie siebie czy złe zarządzenie czasem.
Bardzo często pojawia się niechęć bo może Ci się wydawać, że pytania są głupie i w ogóle jakieś z kosmosu.
Spokojnie. To są tylko uczucia. To są tylko emocje. Właśnie masz możliwość pracowania nad nimi.
Ten roczny terapeutnik może okazać się, że stanie się dwuletnim. Tym się nie przejmuj. Tak też się zdarza. Pamiętaj, żebyś czuł się wolny w pisaniu.
Wiem też, że nie zdrowieje się samemu. Więc jeśli masz swoją grupę wsparcia, możecie robić to razem. Jeśli masz terapeutę, zaproponuj mu taką technikę terapeutyczną.
