Subscription plan


1. The Site administration undertakes to provide the Copyright Holder with a set of services combined in a package offer a “Subscription plan” (hereinafter referred to as the "Subscription plan"), and the Copyright Holder undertakes to accept and pay for the services provided in accordance with the conditions specified in these terms.

2. The Site Administration grants access to the Subscription plan only after the amount of the access fee is credited to the bank account. The date of crediting funds to the current account of the Site Administration is recognized by the Parties as the moment when the Copyright Holder accepts these rules.

3. Payment for access to the Subscription plan is made by wire transfer to the account of the Site Administration using the details provided to the Copyright Holder through the technical functionality of the site.

4. The suite of services in the Subscription plan package offer includes the following services:

4.1. The ability to download files from the Ridero program into the memory of a personal computer containing the Copyright Holder's e-books in various formats without limitation on the number of downloads available;

4.2. The ability to receive a response from technical support staff to your questions at the technical support email address in priority order;

4.3. The ability to go through the book moderation procedure on a priority basis;

4.4. The ability to receive processing of orders for printing copies of books in a priority order;

4.5. The ability to add your own illustration (including a monochrome background) as the back cover for pre-publication preparation of books.

4.6. The ability to carry out pre-publication preparation of books with the participation of other users, access to which is provided by the Copyright Holder, in the amount of up to 5 participants;

4.7. The ability to distribute through a network of distribution partners (distributing books in print-on-demand format), one Pdf book per month created by any third parties, i.e. outside the Ridero program.

4.8. The ability to use a larger number of book cover layouts compared to the cover layouts available to Copyright Holders who do not have a Subscription plan, in the amount of up to 40 pieces.

4.9. The ability to use tools to customize the location of illustrations in the book, as well as to change the size of illustrations and crop them.

4.10. Ability to use additional text formatting tools.

5. The Site Administration, when the Copyright Holder first orders the Subscription plan service, provides the Copyright Holder with all the features specified in clause 5 of these rules.

6. The site administration has the right to send an automatic mailing list to the Copyright Holder with information about the expiration of the Subscription plan payment at the selected tariff.

7. Upon expiration of the period of access to the Subscription plan paid for by the Copyright Holder, the package of services listed in clause 5 of this agreement is excluded from the Copyright Holder's personal account, including:

7.1. All books uploaded by the Copyright Holder to your Merchant Profile remain available for editing, viewing statistics, and downloading.

7.2. All special sites of published books remain available for use by the Copyright Holder in an unchanged form.

7.3. Participants in the pre-publication preparation of the book, whose access was granted by the Copyright Holder, are deprived of previously granted access to the book, and when they try to start work on changing the book, they receive a message from the site Administration that the Copyright Holder's access to the Subscription plan has been stopped due to expiration, and a proposal to send the Copyright Holder a reminder to extend the period of access to the Subscription plan for further editing of books. The site administration also has the right to send letters with similar information content to the e-mail addresses specified by the Copyright Holder when inviting participants to the pre-publication preparation of books.

7.4. When editing the covers of books created during the period of validity of the Subscription plan, the Site Administration sends a notification to the Copyright Holder, in which it draws the attention of the Copyright Holder to the fact that when editing such covers, all changes made by the Copyright Holder during the period of validity of the Subscription plan will be lost. To save previously made changes, the Copyright Holder can extend the validity period of access to the Subscription plan.

8. After the period of access to the Subscription plan paid for by the Copyright Holder expires, full sales statistics for all books published by the Copyright Holder during the Subscription plan validity period will remain available in the Copyright Holder's personal account in full.

9. The Copyright holder is entitled to order any paid service for any of the books downloaded by him at any time during the use of the Ridero program.
