The Site administration undertakes to provide the Copyright Holder with services for proofreading the text of the Copyright Holder's work (hereinafter referred to as the "text"), and the Copyright Holder undertakes to accept and pay for the services provided in accordance with the conditions specified in these terms.

2. The Site Administration has the right to provide proofreading services both personally and with the involvement of third parties, while the Site Administration is responsible for actions performed by third parties, as for its own.

3. Proofreading of the text is carried out by the method of a single reading of the text, i.e. it includes one reading of the text.

4. Proofreading includes correcting grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors made by the Copyright Holder. Proofreading does not affect the semantic component and the author's style of the text.

5. Based on the results of proofreading of the text, no more than 4 (four) spelling and 4 (four) punctuation errors are allowed per 40,000 typographical units of text in accordance with generally accepted proofreading standards.

6. Under the 40,000 typographical units of text, the parties understand 40,000 printed characters, including punctuation marks, numbers and spaces between words and before the fields.

7. If, after the publication of the book, the Copyright Holder finds errors in its text in an amount exceeding the limit specified in paragraph 5 of these rules, the Site Administration undertakes to re-proofread the text free of charge in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 3-11 of this Agreement and publish the book with edits.

8. When providing proofreading services for text uploaded by the Copyright Holder to the Site, the results of proofreading are automatically entered in the text, they are not displayed as edits and comments to the text, but they require additional approval from the Copyright Holder to make them.

9. When providing proofreading services for text that is not uploaded to the Site by the Copyright Holder, but is provided to the Site Administration in printed format (Word), the results of proofreading are displayed as edits and comments to the text and require additional approval from the Copyright Holder to make them.

11. The Copyright Holder is obliged to accept the proofreading results proposed by the Site Administration within 5 (Five) calendar days after receiving the proofreading results or provide the Site Administration with reasoned objections to the proposed proofreading results. If, after 5 (five) calendar days after the Copyright Holder receives the proofreading results, the Site Administration does not receive acceptance of the proofreading from the Copyright Holder or a reasonable refusal to accept the proofreading, the proofreading results are considered accepted by the Copyright Holder without comments and in full.

12. The proofreading service is provided within 5 business days. The actual service delivery period is calculated by the Site Administration depending on the volume of the text to be proofread, reported to the Copyright Holder and agreed upon by the parties through the site's functionality.

13. The cost of services is reported by the Site Administration on the service delivery page and is valid at the time of placing the order, and the minimum volume of the ordered service can not be less than 20,000 typographical units. If you order proofreading of a smaller volume of text, the cost of providing the service will be equal to the cost of proofreading 20,000 typographical units. For the purposes of calculating the cost of the service, the number of typographical units is determined in increments of 10,000 typographical units, and when calculating the cost of the order, the number of typographical units is rounded up. The copyright holder is obliged to transfer 100% of the cost of services in the form of prepayment to the bank account details of the Site Administration.

15. The Site Administration has the right to refuse to perform services at any time, provided that the Copyright Holder returns 100% of the prepayment received from him for the provision of services, minus the commission of the intermediary bank for the provision of banking services for the transfer of funds, if there is a technical impossibility to fulfill the obligations assumed.
