Promotion services


1. The Site Administration undertakes to provide services to promote information about the Copyright Holder's book on the resources specified in these rules on the Internet, based on the request of the Copyright Holder, and the Copyright Holder undertakes to pay for the services rendered in the amount, manner and on the terms specified in these rules.

2. The Site Administration has the right to provide promotion services both personally and with the involvement of third parties, while the Site Administration is responsible for actions performed by third parties, as for its own.

3.The Site Administration creates materials for the promotion of the Book based on information about the Book of the Copyright Holder, in the form of banners (graphic or text-graphic block of information, in any form, placed on the Internet page) and text blocks (text block of information that does not contain graphics, the main element of which is a link).

4. The Site Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Copyright Holder for the creation of materials, as well as for the violation of copyright or exclusive rights of third parties. All responsibility for such violations in the event of their occurrence is borne by the Copyright Holder. The copyright holder guarantees that all the information and materials provided comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation. The copyright holder understands and agrees that by ordering and posting advertising information, the copyright holder undertakes to comply with the requirements of applicable advertising legislation, and is also responsible for such advertising information and its further dissemination in full.

5. The maximum service delivery time for all packages of services is 360 days. The Site administration has the right to start providing the service within the next 60 days from the date of payment. The scope of services is determined by the Copyright Holder, by choosing one of the proposed package options using the technical functionality of the site.

6. The cost and scope of services provided are indicated by the Site Administration on the service delivery page: https://ridero.eu and are valid at the time of placing the order. Some terms of service may also be agreed by the Parties in correspondence.

7. Banners, ads, layouts, and other materials created by the Site Administration as part of the provision of promotion services are not subject to approval by the Copyright Holder, including before the start of placement. Banners are placed on ad platforms and displayed in the desktop version (for viewing from desktop computers). The ability to display banners in the mobile version (for mobile devices) may not be available due to technical limitations of sites.

8. Banners placed as part of the provision of promotion services can be placed in rotation at the discretion of the Site Administration (Banner rotation is a technical technique for placing and changing various advertising banners in one place on the Internet page).

9. The materials created as part of the provision of the service are the results of the intellectual activity of the Site Administration and the persons attracted by it to create materials, the exclusive rights to which belong to the Site Administration, in accordance with applicable law. These rules are not an agreement on the alienation of exclusive rights, nor do they grant any license to use the materials.

10.The Site Administration, at the request of the Copyright Holder, is obligated to provide him/her with statistical data on the procedure for promoting the book page posted in the Ridero online store in social networks, including the number of visitors who went to the Book page on the Internet; the number of visitors who performed active actions on the Book page on the Internet.

11. The Site Administration is not responsible to the Copyright Holder for any delays, interruptions, damage or losses that occur due to defects in any electronic or mechanical equipment that does not belong to the Site Administration, problems in data transmission or connection that occurred through no fault of the Site Administration.

12. The Site Administration starts providing services only after 100% of the cost of the services provided has been credited to the bank account. The date of crediting funds to the settlement account of the Site Administration is recognized by the Parties as the moment of expression of the will of the Copyright Holder to provide services under these rules.

13. The Site Administration has the right to refuse to comply with this agreement if the book for which the materials are created contains text and / or illustrations that are prohibited by applicable law for publication and distribution. The site administration has the right to make changes to the cover, advertising text and annotation of the work unilaterally and without the consent of the Copyright Holder, if this is necessary to bring the ad or banner in accordance with applicable law or the rules of the site where the book is planned to be promoted.

14. The Site administration has the right to refuse to perform services at any time, provided that 100% of the prepayment received from him for the provision of services is returned to the Copyright Holder, minus the commission of the intermediary bank for the provision of banking services for the transfer of funds, if there is a technical impossibility to fulfill the obligations assumed.
