1. The Site Administration undertakes to provide the Copyright Holder with layout services in the publicly available computer program "Ridero" (hereinafter referred to as the "Program","Site") for preparing for publication and/or printing one book of the Copyright Holder, and the Copyright Holder undertakes to accept and pay for the services provided in accordance with the conditions specified in these terms.
2. The site administration has the right to provide services both personally and with the involvement of third parties, while the Site Administration is responsible for actions performed by third parties, as for its own.
3. The result of the service provided is strictly limited to the functionality of the site and does not include additional services that are not specified in these terms.
4. Pre-publication preparation of the Copyright Holder's book in accordance with the requirements of the terms of reference specified by the Copyright Holder in the questionnaire to be filled out after ordering the service. If the Copyright Holder requests changes to the book outside of the Terms of Reference, such changes are made only once, i.e. no more than once during the service delivery process.
5. The Site Administration inserts graphic elements into the book in the form provided by the Copyright Holder. The Site Administration has the right to warn the Copyright Holder that the quality of the original graphic elements does not meet the established requirements. In the event that the Copyright Holder refuses to replace graphic elements with better ones, the Site Administration is not responsible for the quality of graphic illustrations when publishing and printing the book.
6. At the initiative of the Copyright Holder, the Site Administration can introduce the results of proofreading into the layout of the book. The introduction of the result of the correction is understood as the introduction of corrections of spelling and syntactic errors, typos made by the Copyright Holder or an outside specialist. The service does not include adding graphic elements to the layout. The result of the correction is made in accordance with the provisions of the application (request). The application can be made in the form of a separate Word file and must contain a numbered list of changes in the form and/or content of the text that need to be made. Also, a layout file in pdf format with explicitly highlighted edits or comments is accepted as an application. No more than 20% of the text can be changed. Making proofreading corrections to the layout of the book is not included in the package of services and is paid additionally at prices agreed by the Parties.
7. The Site Administration interacts with the Copyright Holder by email, using the address specified by the Copyright Holder when registering on the Site, or by telephone, using the phone number specified by the Copyright Holder.
8. The site administration issues the final version of the book for publication only after agreement with the Copyright Holder by receiving a letter of approval of the final layout by email. The result of rendering the service is a ready-made book layout created in Ridero. The Copyright Holder has the right to download the finished book layout from the personal account independently after completing the service in the formats offered for downloading.
9. Basic rate is applied when working on a Copyright Holder's book containing text and 1 graphic element.
10. The professional rate applies when working on a Copyright Holder's book that contains text and up to 10 graphic elements, including diagrams, tables, graphs, and formulas.
11. The premium rate applies when working on a Copyright Holder's book that contains text and up to 20 graphic elements, including diagrams, tables, graphs, and formulas. If the book contains more than 20 graphic elements, including diagrams, tables, graphs and formulas, the price is calculated individually, depending on the number of graphic elements of the book of the Copyright Holder and the requirements for pre-publication preparation of the book specified by him. The cost of services at the "Premium" rate is agreed by the parties by exchanging messages by email using the official address of the Site Administration (email address on the domain @ridero.eu) and the email address used to register the Copyright Holder in the computer program. Adding additional graphic elements to the book layout is paid separately at the prices specified by the Site Administration on the service delivery page: ridero.eu. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order.
12. The copyright holder is obliged to transfer 100% of the cost of services in the form of prepayment to the bank account details of the Site Administration.
13. The Site administration starts providing services only after 100% of the prepayment of the services provided is credited to the bank account. The date of crediting funds to the current account of the Site Administration is recognized by the Parties as the moment of expressing the will of the Copyright Holder to provide services under these rules.
14. The copyright holder is obliged to accept the results of the services rendered within 5 (five) calendar days after receiving the results of the services rendered or provide the Site Administration with reasoned objections to the proposed results of the services rendered. If after 5 (five) calendar days after the Copyright Holder receives the results of the services rendered, the Site Administration does not receive confirmation of acceptance from the Copyright Holder or a reasonable refusal to accept the services rendered, the results of the services rendered are considered accepted by the Copyright Holder without comments and in full.
15. The Site Administration has the right to refuse to perform the services at any time, provided that all funds received from it are returned to the Copyright Holder, minus the intermediary bank's commission for providing banking services for transferring funds, if there is a technical impossibility to fulfill the obligations assumed.
16. These rules apply from the moment of crediting funds for the service to the current account of the Site Administration until the Copyright Holder approves the final version of the book prepared for publication and/or printing. After the Copyright Holder approves the final version of the book, the services of the Site Administration are considered to be provided in full and without comments.
