1. The Site administration undertakes to provide the Copyright Holder with services for creating illustrations for the Copyright Holder's book (hereinafter referred to as the "book"), and the Copyright Holder undertakes to accept and pay for the services provided in accordance with these rules.

2. The Site Administration has the right to provide services for creating illustrations of the book both personally and with the involvement of third parties, while the Site Administration is responsible for actions performed by third parties, as for its own.

3. Creating illustrations involves the work of an illustrator in creating original images, i.e. original works of art. Creating illustrations involves drawing works of art for both the electronic and printed versions of the book.

4. Illustrations are created based on the data specified by the Copyright Holder in the Terms of Reference, which they fill out using the technical functionality of the Site, as well as, if necessary, with the help of technical support staff. The Terms of Reference also indicate the number of required illustrations.

5. Creating illustrations is the creative work of an illustrator to create paintings, images, collages, and other visual works based on the work for which the service is ordered.

6. In the event that the Copyright Holder provides an image for subsequent illustration, collage creation or other use in illustrating a book, the Copyright Holder guarantees that the use of this image does not violate the rights of third parties, and also guarantees that any claims regarding the legality of using the image received by the Site Administration from third parties will be resolved by the Copyright Holder independently, on its own behalf and at its own expense.

7. Based on the data specified in the Terms of Reference, the Site Administration provides the Copyright Holder with a sketch of the illustration. The cost of creating the sketch is reported by the Site Administration on the service page and is valid at the time of placing the order. The site administration starts creating a sketch only after the full amount of the sketch creation is credited to the bank account. An illustration sketch is a preliminary black-and-white sketch of an illustration that captures the composition and general idea of the illustration.

8. After approval of the sketch of the illustration, the Copyright Holder has the right to submit comments once, that is, no more than once in the process of providing the service, that are not related to changes in the composition of the created sketch, on the basis of which the Site Administration makes changes to the sketch and re-submits the corrected sketch for approval, or to order the creation of a new sketch in accordance with clause 7 of these rules. Any additional changes to the corrected black-and-white sketch can be made at the request of the Copyright Holder for an additional fee.

9. After approval of the black-and-white sketch, the Copyright Holder pays the remaining cost of providing the service.

10. After fulfilling the conditions of clause 9., the site Administration prepares and provides the Copyright Holder with a color illustration. The copyright holder has the right to submit comments on the color illustration only once, i.e. no more than once in the course of providing the service, regarding the color or shade of the illustration, on the basis of which the Site Administration makes changes and re-provides the corrected version of the illustration. Any color changes to the corrected version of the sketch can be made at the request of the Copyright Holder for an additional fee.

11. When executing an order to create an illustration for the cover and book cover design, the site Administration additionally agrees with the Copyright Holder on the font used on the cover. The copyright holder has the right to submit comments on the applicable font once, i.e. no more than once in the course of providing the service, on the basis of which the site Administration makes changes and re-provides the corrected version of the cover. Any additional font changes to the revised version of the cover can be made at the request of the Copyright Holder for an additional fee.

14. The total cost of creating illustrations for each individual book is calculated based on the number and complexity of the ordered illustrations. The copyright holder is obliged to transfer 100% of the cost of services in the form of prepayment to the bank account details of the Site Administration.

15. The Site administration starts providing services only after the sketch is approved and after 100% of the cost of services rendered is credited to the bank account, minus the cost of creating the sketch. The date of crediting funds to the current account of the Site Administration is recognized by the Parties as the moment of expressing the will of the Copyright Holder to provide the service in accordance with these rules.

16. The site administration provides the Copyright Holder with the initial and detailed sketches of each created illustration for approval sequentially. After the detailed sketch is approved, changes to the Terms of Reference for creating an illustration are not accepted.

17. 19. As a result of creating illustrations, the Copyright Holder is provided with works of art in the form and format that allows integrating images into the structure of the book. At the time of transferring the illustrations to the Copyright Holder, the exclusive right to the transferred illustrations in full also passes to him.
