1. The Site Administration undertakes to provide services for the creation of a book trailer for the Copyright Holder's book (hereinafter referred to as the "book trailer"), and the Copyright Holder undertakes to accept and pay for the services provided in accordance with the conditions specified in these rules.
2. The site administration has the right to provide services for the creation of a book trailer personally or with the involvement of third parties, while the site Administration is responsible for the actions performed by third parties as for its own.
3. The book trailer creation service includes the creation of an audiovisual work, lasting no more than one minute and thirty seconds (1,5 minutes), consisting of a demonstration of images accompanied by sound, limited by the functionality of one of the three templates for creating a book trailer.
4. Works of art and photographs are used as images. The Copyright Holder independently provides all images for the creation of a book trailer, while the Copyright Holder guarantees that all images are free from the rights and claims of third parties, obtained and used by the Copyright Holder legally.
5. The sound accompaniment is formed by the choice of the Copyright Holder from the proposed catalog on specialized resources. The site administration acquires the right to use the sound accompaniment chosen by the Copyright Holder on its own behalf, but in the interests of the Copyright Holder. The cost of acquiring the right to use the sound accompaniment is not included in the cost of book trailer creation services.
6. As images in the book trailer, the reviews of readers of the book, which are provided by the Copyright Holder, can be used. The copyright holder guarantees the absence of claims of third parties and full compliance with the rights of the authors of reviews.
7. The technical task for creating a book trailer is formed by filling out a questionnaire by the Copyright Holder. Sending the completed questionnaire is recognized by the parties as the final version of the Copyright Holder's terms of reference, which is submitted for execution. No changes are made to the terms of reference after sending the final version of the questionnaire. Any changes to the terms of reference after the start of work on the book trailer are issued by the Parties as a separate service for creating a book trailer.
8. The cost of the book trailer creation service is reported by the site Administration on the service rendering page: https://ridero.eu, and is valid at the time of placing the order. The copyright holder is obliged to transfer 100% of the cost of services in the form of an advance payment to the bank account details of the Site Administration. The deadline for creating a book trailer is agreed by the Parties through the technical functionality of the Site, but in any case cannot exceed 45 days from the date of receipt of funds from the Copyright Holder in the amount of the full cost of the services provided.
9.The Site Administration provides services only after the full cost of the services provided has been credited to the bank account. The date of crediting funds to the settlement account of the Site Administration is recognized by the Parties as the moment of expression of the will of the Copyright Holder to provide services under these rules.
10. The exclusive right to the created book trailer passes in full from the Site Administration to the Copyright Holder at the time of transfer of the book trailer to the latter in the form of providing a link to view and save the book trailer.
11. The fee for the transfer of the exclusive right in full to the created book trailer is included in the cost of providing services for the creation of a book trailer.
12. The Site administration has the right to refuse to perform services at any time, provided that 100% of the prepayment received from him for the provision of services is returned to the Copyright Holder, minus the commission of the intermediary bank for the provision of banking services for the transfer of funds, if there is a technical impossibility to fulfill the obligations assumed.
