Due to the growing interest in the capability of publishing its own writings on the Internet and the creation of electronic books of Ridero IT Publishing Sp. z.o.o. located in Krakow at 23/4 St. Philip Str., Krakow, 31-150 (hereinafter referred to as "Ridero") has launched a public marketing service, the so-called "e-mailing".
The "e-mailing" service includes information and promotional material regarding the Ridero portal – www.ridero.eu/en.
The use of e-mailing is voluntary and indefinite.
In order to provide this service Ridero requests from registered users their e-mail addresses.
Registered user has the opportunity to modify or delete at any time the data specified at registration.
Information regarding the privacy policy is available after clicking on the "Privacy Policy" link.
Data administrator is Ridero IT Publishing Sp. z.o.o., located in Krakow at 23/4 St. Philip Str., Krakow, 31-150. Personal data (i.e. e-mail addresses) are processed by Ridero solely for newsletter e-mailing service. The data is not passed to recipients for the purposes specified in Article 7, paragraph 6 of the Data Protection Act. The person to whom these data is relevant shall have the right of access to the content of the transmitted data, as well as of their correction. The data relating to one or another person is provided voluntarily, while without entering it the newsletter mailing is not possible.
Subsequent newsletters which include information and promotional materials regarding the Ridero portal, among which are the services rendered, will be sent to the e-mail address specified during registration – www.ridero.eu/en.
Newsletter service is available only to registered users. To register, follow these steps:
Visit the home page https://ridero.eu/en and click on the "Sign up for newsletter e-mailing" link.
Look through the "Instructions for newsletter subscribers" available on the home page, as well as the Privacy Policy.
In the "Enter your e-mail" field enter the e-mail address to which you want the subsequent newsletters to be sent. E-mail address must belong to a person being registered.
By clicking the "Sign up" button the e-mail address is added to the mailing list.
From this point on you will be able to receive subsequent newsletters to the specified e-mail address.
A person who has agreed to receive the newsletter may at any time unsubscribe from this service. For this purpose open any newsletter received from Ridero by e-mail. Any recipient is redirected to the page where he/she can unsubscribe, if he/she wishes.
If a user who has expressed a desire to receive newsletters wants to make changes to the e-mail address in the mailing list, he must send a request to: support-en@ridero.eu from the e-mail address that was previously included in the newsletter mailing list.
Withdrawal of the authorization to use the e-mail address when providing mailing services would entail the termination of the provision of services, as well as the removal of the e-mail address from the subscribers’ database.
